Ordinary letters are delivered by PostNord, normally within 1-3 days.

A diffuser (also known as an 'aroma diffuser' or 'fragrance diffuser') is a device that uses cold water vapor to diffuse fragrance in the home. The fragrance usually comes from essential oils or fragrance oils, and is added drop by drop directly into the diffuser's water tank.

It is very unusual for the product itself to leak. If you find that your diffuser seems to be leaking, it could be due to one of the following reasons: -Is the plastic cap fitted correctly? To avoid leaks, it is important that the plastic cap is properly fitted to the water tank. If there is a gap between the plastic cap and the water tank, water vapor can leak out and condense on the inside of the ceramic shell. This leads to droplets forming, running down the inside of the shell and ending up around the diffuser. - Is the diffuser placed near a cold surface? If your diffuser is too close to a cold surface, such as a window on cold days, the vapor can condense against that surface and turn into water droplets that run down. If this happens, we recommend moving the diffuser to a warmer location. Has water entered the fan pipe? The fan pipe is the rectangular tube along one side of the water tank. If water has accidentally entered this tube during filling or emptying, it can damage the electronics and cause water to flow through the diffuser and collect underneath it. If you think water has entered the fan pipe, unplug the cord immediately and let the diffuser dry at room temperature for three days. After drying, plug in the cord and try to start the diffuser again. If you have followed these steps and the problem persists, please contact us for further assistance.
Humidifiers generally have a much larger tank (often several liters) and create more steam than a diffuser. Therefore, it is more adapted to increase humidity. Although our diffuser increases humidity, it is marginal compared to a humidifier.
